With deep experience in Leadership and Organizational Development, Change Management, Leadership and Team Coaching, I partner to develop leadership teams built on trust, safety, collective problem-solving, responsibility and aligned execution of strategic priorities. I have served as a successful C-Suite Executive, received my Leadership Coaching Certification from Georgetown University, and Change management certifications from Prosci and GE.
