In order to ensure viability of a business, the teams responsible for delivering effective and efficient operations, services and products to customers, and strategy implementation must perform at the highest levels and adapt in real time.

From my earliest experience with teams at a Fortune 500 manufacturing company to building executive and project teams in healthcare, I have been a partner and coach to shift team culture from maintaining the ‘drama fueled’ status quo to:

  • Successfully implementing and sustaining a new business model, organizational structure, and operational lean processes.
